Emergency appointments are available during our regular hours — Sat–Thu, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (closed Fridays). Call as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to see you the same day.
Outside our normal hours, call or WhatsApp us for guidance — we'll advise you and get you seen as soon as the clinic reopens.
If your condition is life-threatening or involves severe or uncontrolled bleeding, facial swelling (especially with fever), trauma, or difficulty breathing, go directly to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Rinse your mouth with warm water and gently floss to clear any trapped food. Don't put aspirin directly on the gum or tooth — it can burn the tissue. A cold compress on the outside of your cheek helps with swelling. Persistent, severe pain usually means the nerve is involved and needs prompt treatment.
Pick it up by the crown (the white part), never the root. Rinse gently with water if it's dirty — don't scrub it or remove any attached tissue. Try to reinsert it into the socket if you can; if not, store it in milk or your own saliva. Time matters — get in within 30 minutes for the best chance of saving the tooth.
Rinse with warm water and save any broken pieces if you can find them. A cold compress helps with swelling, and dental wax or sugar-free gum over a sharp edge protects your tongue or cheek until you're seen.
Keep the crown if you still have it — don't glue it back yourself with household adhesive. Over-the-counter dental cement from a pharmacy can temporarily protect the tooth until your appointment. Avoid chewing on that side.
A dental abscess is a serious infection that can spread if untreated. Rinse with warm salt water and use a cold compress for swelling.
If you have a fever, trouble swallowing, or swelling spreading toward your eye or neck, this may be beyond what a dental visit alone can handle — seek emergency medical care immediately, don't wait for a dental appointment.
Apply firm, direct pressure with clean gauze for 10–15 minutes without repeatedly checking it.
If bleeding doesn't stop after 15–20 minutes of continuous pressure, or the injury involves significant trauma to the face or jaw, seek emergency medical care.
We'll see you as quickly as possible, examine the affected area, and take digital X-rays if they're needed to diagnose the problem. Our first priority is relieving pain, stabilizing the tooth or injury, and treating any active infection. Once the emergency is under control, we'll explain any further treatment that may be recommended.
Call ahead if you can so we can prepare for you, but we'll do our best to fit in urgent cases the same day either way.
Call or WhatsApp us at +20 10 7009 7237 for guidance, and we'll advise you and get you seen as soon as the clinic reopens. If the situation is life-threatening — severe bleeding, facial swelling, trauma, or difficulty breathing — call your local emergency medical services immediately instead of waiting.
Cost depends on what's actually needed — pain relief and stabilization typically cost less than a full procedure. We'll walk you through cost before any treatment beyond immediate pain relief.
Yes — time matters here more than with most dental issues. The sooner you're seen, ideally within 30 minutes, the better the chance of saving the natural tooth.
During our regular hours, we'll do everything we can to see urgent cases the same day — call ahead as soon as you can so we're ready for you.
If it's a permanent tooth, treat it like any other knocked-out tooth and contact us immediately. If it's a baby tooth, don't try to put it back into the socket. Call us so we can advise you on the next steps.
Modern root canal treatment relieves pain rather than causing it. With our anesthesia protocol the procedure itself is comfortable, and it costs 3,000 EGP per tooth at our clinic.
