Vienna Dental Clinic is committed to transparency and fairness. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, appointment cancellations, and modifications related to all electronic payments processed via PayMob or any other payment gateway.
1. Booking Deposit & Advance Payments
When booking an appointment online, a booking deposit is required to confirm your slot. This deposit is deducted from the total treatment cost and is not an additional fee.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation 48+ hours before the appointment: A full refund of the deposit will be issued with no charges.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment: The deposit is non-refundable for late cancellations, except in documented emergency cases at the clinic's discretion.
- Rescheduling: The deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date at no cost, provided the clinic is notified at least 24 hours before the original appointment.
- No-Show: If a patient fails to attend without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited and is non-refundable.
3. Refunds for Clinic-Initiated Cancellations
If the clinic needs to cancel or postpone an appointment for internal reasons, the patient is entitled to a full refund of their deposit or transfer to a preferred alternative appointment, processed within 7 business days of the cancellation.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card or digital wallet) within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policy. The time for the refund to appear on your statement may vary.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Completed or partially completed treatment sessions.
- Custom-made devices or appliances ordered specifically for the patient (e.g., orthodontic devices, custom crowns).
- Consultation and examination fees after the examination has been conducted.
